We have nursing staff available all day to answer any questions about child’s care. If you want to speak with one of the doctors during office hours, the staff will be happy to take a message and the doctor will call you back the same day, either between patients or at the end of the day. Always feel free to call with any questions. We are happy to help!
If you wish to have your sick child seen the same day, we are happy to give you an appointment time. Same day sick visits will be seen by whichever doctor is available. Appointments scheduled ahead of time may be made with the doctor of your choice.
We do have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you do not call our office to cancel a previously scheduled appointment at least 24 hours prior to the appointment time, there is a $25 fee.
